Hi! Bernard
Your Stay - Lok snaps
are the best thing to come out in years to hold that terminal tackle on
your line. I used your snaps exclusively in 1999 and after landing in excess
of 600 rampaging Lake Erie Steelhead I had not one break off that I attribute
to your snaps. These fish are so feisty that they rarely make it possible
to land more than 60% of them, we had many failures due to soft split rings
pulling out straight and line breakage but I can honestly say not one that
I would attribute to snap failure. Congratulations on a wonderful new product
that is bound to exceed any fisherman's expectations.

Dear Bernard:
This is just a short note
to compliment you on a fine product. The snap you manufacture is second
to none, not only can a fish not undo it but most fishermen have a problem
the first couple of times.
The day I met you in my local
tackle store where you were demonstrating your product and the owner of
the store asked for my thoughts, I was sold on the snap. My 13 years in
the charter business has taught me there is only one swivel to use, that
being Sampo. The fact that you have married your snap with a Sampo swivel
means there is no looking back.
Bernard keep up the good
work and...
Tight lines!

I first saw your snap at
the Toronto Sportsman Show. The five charter boats I look after, and myself
decided to try your snaps. We presently fish Lake Erie for Walleye with
big lipped baits. the violent action of these baits would accidentally
open the regular snaps we used. This resulted in a lot of cost and loss
of tackle.
Fortunately Stringease has
manufactured a safety lock snap. This snap takes getting used to, however
once mastered, it is user friendly and will save a lot of tackle. With
the extra feature of rounded ends, the baits work freely as intended.
Keep up the good work, and
keep me posted of new product development.

I've been using Stringease
Snaps ever since Bernard introduced them to me 3 year ago. The guys on
the P.W.T. steal them from my bead box when ever my back is turned. This
is the greatest snap I have ever used. Hunt down Bernard at the Toronto
Sportsmen Show and the International Show and demand him to sell you this
snap. You will never regret it. Buy twice as many as you think you
need 'cause your friends will steal them from you when your back is turned.
Sincerely

Hello,
I had a chance to try the
Stay-Lok snaps last year that I got from Burns Fishing, and they're awsome!!!
I fished for Musky quite a bit last year on the Niagara River and your
Stay-Loks worked flawlessly. They took all the abuse I could give
them smashing baits off the rocks and never opened up once! The ones
I have are 1 3/4" long, silver, and I think are a five hundred pound breaking
strength. I don't see them on your web site and I'm wondering if
your going to sell them! I'm using them on my downriggers to attach
my cannon balls, after I lost a cannon ball due to a traditional lock opening.
There is a market for them!!! I also use them on my Musky leaders.
Cheers,
Aaron Shirley

* Thanks for the suggestion
Aaron, we have added the heavy duty snaps to the Online Sales program Item
Numbers 205, 206 & 207. We also added a sampler pack for Musky Anglers
to try all the larger sizes.
